This self-paced, comprehensive course is designed for caregivers, educators, healthcare professionals, and anyone in a supportive role seeking to deepen their own self-care practices while learning how to empower others in their care. Caregivers' Circle of Wellness blends evidence-based techniques with reflective practices to create a balanced approach to wellness that prioritizes both personal well-being and the well-being of others.
Through mindfulness exercises, self-reflection prompts, and hands-on activities, you will develop a personalized self-care plan that evolves throughout the course. You will be encouraged to explore and integrate practices that nourish your mind, body, and spirit, with a focus on sustaining long-term self-care routines. Each module builds on the previous, guiding you toward a deeper understanding of how to balance your own needs with those of the individuals you support.

Wellness Work: Actionable self-care exercises to help you put concepts into practice, including trialing new self-care strategies.

Holistic Self-Care Journal: A dedicated space to reflect, revise, and document your self-care journey.
You’ll also work toward a Final Project, where you will apply everything you’ve learned to create a comprehensive self-care plan that supports both your personal growth and your professional practice. This course is ideal for those seeking to enhance their self-care knowledge while building the capacity to inspire others toward greater wellness.
