Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy is an immersive, restorative experience that harnesses the vibrational power of sound to calm the mind, heal the body, and balance the spirit. This holistic practice uses tools such as monochords, singing bowls, tuning forks, rain drums, tonal overtones, and vocals to create harmonies that resonate deeply within. The vibrations and frequencies generated during Sound Therapy are designed to soothe emotional distress, promote relaxation, and foster a profound sense of renewal.

Dr. KiKi’s international training through the Association of Sound Therapy International with the Harmonic Sounds International Association of Sound Therapy in Belgium uniquely qualifies her to guide clients through this transformative journey. This certification reflects her commitment to bringing integrative, cutting-edge techniques to her practice.

Sound Therapy is more than a sensory experience—it is a space for grounding, healing, and connecting with yourself on a deeper level. Each session is tailored to the client’s needs, offering a synergistic blend of soundscapes that encourage inner harmony and emotional clarity. Whether you are seeking to release tension, recalibrate after life’s challenges, or simply pause in the present moment, Sound Therapy offers a pathway to restoration and balance.

Please note: Sound Therapy is an in-person experience only, as the physical resonance and connectedness of sound waves are integral to its effectiveness. It is not available via teletherapy.

Sound Grounding

Sound Grounding brings the healing essence of sound into the therapeutic space as a grounding technique seamlessly woven into clinical mental health treatment. Unlike Sound Therapy, which stands alone as a holistic wellness practice, Sound Grounding is a practical tool integrated into evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and others.

This technique uses sound in a purposeful way to help clients regulate their emotions, anchor themselves in the present, and build resilience during challenging moments. Tools such as calming tones, rhythmic vibrations, and tonal exercises are introduced to create a sense of stability and mindfulness. For example, the soft hum of a monochord or the resonant chime of a tuning fork can gently guide clients back to the here and now, allowing for clarity and focus during sessions.

Sound Grounding is particularly effective for clients working through anxiety, trauma, or emotional dysregulation. It fosters a deeper connection to the therapeutic process, offering moments of pause and reflection that are vital for emotional healing. While Sound Grounding is infused into therapy sessions as a technique, it remains anchored in the broader clinical work, aligning with your unique treatment goals.

Whether calming your nervous system during an EMDR session or enhancing mindfulness during a CBT exercise, Sound Grounding complements and elevates the therapeutic journey, promoting clarity, balance, and self-awareness.
